Enjoy the show from our VIP area, the Blue Sky Pavilion, located along the flight line, next to the announcer’s booth and up close to the action! This exclusive area is where our Sponsors, Board Members, Performers and other “high fliers” come to enjoy the show. The Blue Sky Pavilion VIPs enjoy shade-covered tables and chairs, private restrooms and ticket holders are free to come and go throughout the day. Complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages are provided throughout the day and evening.
Or choose to watch the show from the Ron Ochs Chalet, which is adjacent to the Historic WWII B-17 Hangar near the heart of the Airshow. This exclusive area offers shade-covered tables and chairs and ticket holders are free to come and go throughout the day. Complimentary soft drinks, water, snacks are provided. Beer, Wine and Spirits are available nearby for purchase from our on site vendors.
Since the 1970’s, the airshow has also hosted a car show – when friends and family members began flying and driving to the Ochs family farm. We welcome back returning entries, in addition to newcomers who are registering for the first time.

We invite pilots and owners who have rare, interesting and unique aircraft to fly in and display their aircraft so our patrons get to appreciate the love and care put into these treasures of the sky. Their airplanes are judged and awarded trophies based on the classes described below.
The Airshow of the Cascades is a 501(c) 3 charitable non-profit. We provide opportunities for local civic organizations to raise money for programs and scholarships. Help us accomplish our mission!

The Airshow of the Cascades is both an Airshow and Festival of planes, cars, music, food, beverages, and other entertainment all in one. Each year, an average of 20,000 visitors come to visit for the day or camp for the weekend. Most of our vendors return each year, however we are always looking for new and interesting types of food, non-food and community vendors. The Airshow Festival is the largest aviation festival in Oregon each year. The event is managed by a large group of volunteers and is a 501©3 non-profit.
